When to use it

Use this when you want to understand why two records differ, how reliable a field is, or which REK service supplied a conclusion.

How to use it

  1. Official Parcel identifies the county parcel record, geometry, recorded lot facts and public assessment context.
  2. REK Market Intel supplies local closed-land market history, submarket performance and scenario inputs.
  3. REK LandIntel supplies planning, zoning, future land use, utility and preliminary environmental/buildability screening when the secure gateway is connected.
  4. REK Lot Value supplies read-only Data Vault identity, valuation range and comparable-sale evidence when the secure gateway is connected.
  5. Read the confidence indicator and sample size before relying on a market statistic.
  6. If PBLots displays a source conflict, review it rather than assuming one record automatically overrides the other.

What the result means

The customer sees one Property Intelligence Profile while the platform preserves source, recency, confidence and material conflict information behind that presentation.

Important limitation

A high-confidence data source is still not a survey, title opinion, appraisal, engineering conclusion, environmental determination, utility commitment or governmental approval unless the responsible professional or agency actually issued that conclusion.
