Upgrade or downgrade when your needs change.
Upgrades: take effect immediately. Stripe charges the prorated difference for the remaining portion of the current billing period; subsequent monthly renewals use the new plan's established monthly rate.
Paid downgrades: take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. No refund or credit is issued for unused time in that paid period.
Membership and identity verification are separate. Level 1 has no monthly membership charge. Sentry ID verification has a one-time $12.95 identity-verification fee. The fee is used to verify the person behind the account and help deter fraudulent attempts by people posing as property owners, including attempts to sell or otherwise transact on property they do not own. Stripe verifies identity; KrazyLogic Sentry separately checks the claimed property relationship.
