Accessibility
Effective date: October 6, 2026
We are committed to improving access to this website and helping people use our property intelligence and account services, including people who use assistive technologies.
Our accessibility goal
Our design and maintenance goal is to align the website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is a goal for ongoing improvement, not a claim that every page or third-party component has been independently certified or is fully conformant.
Areas of attention
We work toward meaningful page headings, clear form labels and instructions, keyboard access, visible focus indicators, readable text, appropriate contrast, descriptive link text, and useful alternatives for non-text content. Accessibility may vary across older content, documents, maps, external data, and integrations.
Maps, documents, and third-party services
Interactive maps, payment and identity-verification services, external listing sites, and documents supplied by outside sources may have limitations outside our direct control. If a feature or document prevents you from obtaining information or completing a task, contact us so we can consider an accessible alternative or assistance.
Request assistance or report a barrier
Use our Contact page and identify your request as an accessibility issue. Include the affected URL, the task you were attempting, what happened, and your preferred contact method. You may include your browser or assistive technology if helpful. We will review the issue and work with you on a practical response; we do not promise a fixed resolution date for every issue.
Continuing improvement
We consider accessibility during maintenance and welcome feedback. This statement does not limit any rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
