Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 6, 2026

This policy describes how this website and its related property intelligence services handle personal information. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the service operator identified through the Real Estate Kingz network and, for a paid engagement, the provider identified at checkout or in your service agreement. Contact us through the Contact page for privacy questions.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: names, email addresses, telephone numbers, account settings, consent records, and authentication or security records.
  • Property information: addresses, parcel identifiers, tax accounts, claimed relationships, ownership or authority information, submitted documents, verification decisions, property reports, monitoring preferences, and listing evidence.
  • Payment and identity information: transaction references, payment or subscription status, identity-verification status, and information needed to administer verification. Stripe handles payment and identity-verification steps through its services. We may receive references and results; the information it collects directly is also governed by its notices.
  • Communications: support requests, billing inquiries, accessibility requests, and records of notices we send.
  • Technical information: cookies, browser or device information, IP addresses, access logs, security events, and service-interaction records where generated by the website or its providers.

2. Information from public and third-party sources

We obtain property-related information from official county and municipal records, planning and GIS sources, publicly available listing pages, service providers, and authorized network integrations. Public records may include personal information even when obtained without your direct submission. An official record, identity check, or database match does not establish that a person has unrestricted authority to sell or act for every owner.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate accounts; authenticate users; evaluate property eligibility and representative authority; process payments and subscriptions; produce property intelligence; match monitoring events and listing evidence; send account, security, billing, and service notices; respond to requests; maintain service quality; investigate misuse; and meet applicable obligations. Marketing and direct-purchase outreach are governed by the separate choices you make and any applicable consent requirements.

4. Service providers and the REK network

Information may be shared with providers supporting hosting, email, payments, identity verification, mapping, support, and security, as needed for those functions. Relevant property and account information may also be transmitted to REK network services for monitoring or a transaction-related request you initiate or authorize. Identity verification alone is not marketing consent. We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not sell identity documents or intentionally publish submitted private authority documents as public website content.

5. Research, maps, and artificial intelligence

Property research may involve public listing sources and third-party research tools, including AI-assisted tools when used. Research providers may receive parcel identifiers, addresses, and public property context needed for the task. The ListingGuard parcel export omits owner contact information and identity documents. Enabling a research or mapping service may involve additional processing by that provider under its own terms. We do not authorize sending private identity or authority documents to general public-search tools through the parcel research workflow.

6. Cookies and external websites

Functional cookies support sign-in, security, and preferences. Third-party features may use their own cookies or similar technologies. Additional analytics or marketing technologies, if enabled, require disclosures and choices appropriate to the applicable law. Browser controls can limit cookies, but disabling necessary cookies may prevent account features from working. External links lead to independently operated sites whose privacy practices we do not control.

7. Communications and choices

You may manage available monitoring and marketing preferences in your account or contact us. You may withdraw optional marketing consent. Essential account, security, billing, and transactional communications may still be necessary while you use the service. Removing a property stops future monitoring associated with that account relationship; it does not retract information or requests already transmitted or cancel a subscription automatically.

8. Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including service delivery, payment administration, security, dispute resolution, required records, and legal obligations. Retention depends on the type and purpose of the record rather than one universal period. Account or property removal does not necessarily erase audit history, transaction records, backups, public records, or information held independently by third parties. We review deletion requests subject to applicable duties and exceptions.

9. Security

We use measures intended to protect accounts and limit access to private records according to operational needs. No system, email channel, or internet transmission is guaranteed secure. Keep credentials confidential, use available authentication protections, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Send sensitive documents only through the designated account workflow.

10. Your requests and applicable rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, information about processing, or restrictions on particular uses. Submit a request through the Contact page. We may verify your identity and authority, ask for details needed to locate records, and apply lawful exceptions. An authorized representative may need supporting documentation. If a request is denied, contact us to ask for review or an appeal where available. We will not unlawfully penalize you for exercising a protected privacy right.

11. Children and international processing

Account services are intended for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect account information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child supplied information. Services and providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate, subject to applicable requirements.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in services or practices. The effective date appears above. Material changes will be communicated where required. This policy does not waive any rights that applicable law does not permit you to waive.
