Sentry combines multi-factor account access, official-record property screening, Stripe Identity verification and verified-property monitoring across the Lot Intelligence network.
Official record validation
We first resolve the parcel against official records and screen whether the claimant is the deeded owner or an eligible responsible party.
Secure identity verification
After the property gate passes, Stripe Identity verifies the person using its secure identity flow. Stripe does not determine property ownership.
Verified property activation
Only eligible properties connected to an identity-verified owner/responsible party become active in My Lots.
ListingGuard monitoring
Verified properties can receive alerts for REK-network listing requests and, on eligible plans, public listing signals discovered by OpenAI web search and matched to the verified property.

The fee is for verifying the identity of the person behind the account. Requiring verified identity helps deter fraudulent actors from posing as property owners or attempting to sell property they do not own. Stripe verifies identity; KrazyLogic Sentry separately checks the claimed property relationship.
