Property Comparison
Property Comparison places two to four Palm Bay vacant-land parcels side by side using the same official parcel, REK Market Intel, REK LandIntel and REK Lot Value framework used by the land Property Intelligence Profile.

When to use it
Use this when you are choosing between multiple prospective lots or comparing vacant-land alternatives. Improved homes are routed to Home Intelligence and are not mixed with land metrics.
How to use it
- Open Analyze → Property Comparison. Intelligence Pro is required.
- Enter at least two Palm Bay addresses, parcel IDs, or Brevard tax accounts. You can compare up to four properties at one time.
- Confirm each resolved property identity before interpreting the comparison rows.
- Compare parcel facts and REK valuation evidence separately from area market context. REK valuation ranges are parcel-specific; nearby median, momentum, DOM and market scenarios describe surrounding closed-land activity.
- Review LandIntel zoning, future land use, utility context and mapped-condition indicators. A flag identifies something to review; it does not automatically make one property better or worse.
- Use source-confidence and conflict indicators to identify records that deserve manual review, then open the full Property Intelligence Profile for the property you want to investigate further.
- Use MarketScope, Hold / Build / Sell, or Strategic Property Advisory when the comparison raises questions that require area analysis, owner-specific assumptions, or professional review.
What the result means
The comparison uses one consistent intelligence framework so differences between parcels are easier to see without creating ownership claims or separate valuation methodologies.
Important limitation
PBLots intentionally does not assign an automatic “best property” score. Price, title/access, buildability, utility needs, holding period, intended use, risk tolerance and customer goals can change which parcel is appropriate. Comparison output is decision support, not an appraisal, survey, title opinion, engineering conclusion, environmental determination or investment recommendation.
