Property Intelligence Profile

The Property Intelligence Profile is the central record for researching one Palm Bay property, whether it is vacant land or an improved single-family home, and whether you own it or are considering it.

When to use it

Start here whenever your question is about one specific parcel. PBLots classifies the property first, then routes vacant land and improved homes into the correct intelligence path so a home is never analyzed as a vacant lot.

How to use it

  1. Open Analyze → Property Intelligence Profile.
  2. Search by Palm Bay address, parcel ID, or Brevard tax account.
  3. Review the Official Property Identity and Property Type sections first so you know exactly which parcel was resolved and which analytics path PBLots selected.
  4. Review the Intelligence Sources strip to see which authoritative services support the profile and whether any source is unavailable.
  5. For vacant land, use the Local Market section for nearby closed-land context. For an improved home, PBLots intentionally suppresses the vacant-land market model and routes the property to Home Intelligence instead.
  6. With Intelligence Pro, vacant land can use REK LandIntel, REK Lot Value and land-market scenarios. Improved single-family homes can use REK Home Value comparable-sale evidence plus LandIntel parcel/site context; REK Lot Value and vacant-land MarketScope remain intentionally excluded.
  7. Use Next Action to connect an owned property, open the correct land or home workflow, explore selling, request direct-purchase review where appropriate, or request deeper REK advisory.

What the result means

The profile keeps one property identity while presenting multiple intelligence layers. Searching a property does not claim ownership and does not add it to My Properties.

Important limitation

County records, market evidence, LandIntel screening, valuation evidence and scenario models answer different questions. PBLots keeps source/confidence context visible and does not silently resolve material conflicts between authoritative sources.
