Monitoring

Property Watch

Property Watch is the ongoing monitoring relationship for a verified property. The Property Watch Center adds a structured “What Changed?” comparison so you can see what materially differs from your previous snapshot.

When to use it

Use it when you plan to hold a property, are not ready to sell, or want important changes surfaced without repeatedly opening every analysis tool.

How to use it

  1. Add and verify the lot in My Properties, then keep Property Watch active for the property.
  2. Open Monitor → Property Watch Center.
  3. Choose the verified property you want to review.
  4. Create the first starting snapshot. The first check is a baseline, not a change report.
  5. Later, use Check for Changes Now. PBLots refreshes the sources included with your membership and compares the new snapshot with the previous one.
  6. Review any Needs Attention items before making a transaction or construction decision.

What the result means

Property Watch answers the ongoing monitoring question; the What Changed? comparison explains which monitored fields materially changed since the prior structured check.

Important limitation

A detected change is a reason to review or verify the controlling source. It is not an appraisal, legal opinion, survey, engineering determination, permit decision, proof of fraud, or guarantee that the change affects value.
