REK Lot Value Intelligence
Intelligence Pro can display read-only valuation evidence from the existing REK Lot Value engine without creating a seller lead or changing the property record.
Open REK Valuation Evidence →Show instructions
When to use it
Use this when the Property Intelligence Profile shows REK Lot Value as available and you want to understand the estimated range, confidence, and comparable-sale evidence.
How to use it
- Start with the resolved Official Property Identity so the valuation is tied to the correct parcel.
- Review the estimated value range and confidence score together rather than treating one number as a guaranteed price.
- Review comparable candidates for sale date, sale price, lot size, and proximity when available.
- If Broker review recommended appears, treat the automated result as incomplete until the identity or valuation evidence is reviewed.
- Use the source/conflict indicators when REK Data Vault identity differs materially from the county parcel record.
- Use Check Estimated Value or Strategic Property Advisory when you want to move from research into a broker-led valuation or deeper advisory workflow.
What the result means
PBLots receives the evidence through a dedicated signed read-only gateway. The REK Lot Value engine remains authoritative for its valuation methodology, so PBLots does not run a competing valuation model.
Important limitation
The result is an estimated value and decision-support record, not an appraisal, guaranteed sale price, offer, or promise that the property will sell within the displayed range.
