Sentry ID, Property Access + Fraud Protection
Sentry separates account identity, property relationships, and authority so PBLots does not treat a simple form submission as proof that someone can act for a property owner.

When to use it
Use this when creating an account, verifying identity, adding an owned property, or submitting authority documents for an entity, trust, estate, or other non-individual owner.
How to use it
- Create the customer account and complete email verification before the WordPress member account is created.
- Add the owned property using the best available parcel ID, tax account, or property address.
- PBLots screens the property relationship and owner-name context before allowing verified-property access.
- Complete Sentry ID verification when requested. The one-time identity-verification fee helps deter people from posing as property owners or attempting to sell property they do not own.
- For entity-owned, trust, estate, partnership, corporate, or similar property, use the designated secure authority-document workflow so an authorized natural person can be established.
- Do not send passwords, authentication codes, identity documents, or authority documents through the general Contact form.
What the result means
Sentry provides account/property-access safeguards and records verification state. It does not create title, convey authority that does not exist, or allow one co-owner to bind another owner.
Important limitation
Identity verification and property-access verification are fraud controls, not a title opinion, closing authorization, legal opinion, or substitute for transaction-specific title/authority review.
