When to use it
Use this whenever you know the question you want answered but are not sure which PBLots feature to open.
How to use it
- Properties: use for My Properties, adding/claiming an owned property, and returning to your saved-property portfolio.
- Analyze: start with Property Intelligence for one complete Palm Bay property record; use Property Comparison to place two to four parcels side by side, Scenario Lab to test editable financial paths, Property Analyzer for a focused nearby-market analysis, MarketScope for areas/submarkets, Historical Land Values for long-run market history, and Owner Tools for title/readiness/decision analysis.
- Monitor: open Property Watch Center to see What Changed?, use Watch My Property for an owned-property relationship, open saved Property Reports, follow Community News, and review ListingGuard public listing monitoring.
- Decide: use Net Proceeds, Scenario Lab, Hold / Build / Sell, Expand My Holdings, Check Estimated Value, Direct Purchase Review, List / Sell, or Strategic Property Advisory.
- Help: use the Knowledge Base, Sentry Security, Membership, or Contact Support.
- My Account: opens the Client Command Center for My Properties, recent research, monitoring/activity, reports, membership, profile settings, and sign out.
What the result means
The menu is designed so every customer-facing capability has a predictable home and premium features are labeled rather than hidden.
Important limitation
PBLots organizes navigation and decision support; it does not replace legal, title, survey, engineering, environmental, tax, appraisal, or governmental approvals when those are required.
Start with the property, then the decision.
Use the top navigation by intent: Properties, Analyze, Monitor, Decide, or Help. Each Knowledge Base topic explains what the feature does, when to use it, how to use it, and where its limits are.
