Start Here: Your PBLots Customer Journey

PBLots is organized around the questions customers actually ask: which property, what does the data say, what changed, what are my options, and what should I do next?

When to use it

Use this first if you are new to PBLots or are unsure which feature answers your question.

How to use it

  1. Open Properties to create or sign in to your account, add an owned property, and return to My Properties.
  2. Open Analyze when you want property facts, area performance, projections, historical land values, readiness screening, or a value request.
  3. Open Monitor when you want Property Watch, ListingGuard guidance, saved reports, or community/market change information.
  4. Open Decide when you want to estimate net proceeds, run Scenario Lab, compare Hold / Build / Sell, explore assemblage, request a direct-purchase review, list a property, or request Strategic Property Advisory.
  5. Open Help for the Knowledge Base, Sentry Security, membership information, and customer support.
  6. When you open a contextual How to use link, the Knowledge Base retains the referring tool, selected property and section. Use Return to My Property Work to continue without entering the property again. Related links to the same tool also keep that property context.
  7. Open My Account to enter the Client Command Center: see My Properties, recent property research, monitoring/activity, saved reports, membership status, and account settings in one place.

What the result means

The navigation follows one consistent path: Properties → Analyze → Monitor → Decide → Help, with My Account opening the Client Command Center for your personalized property work.

Important limitation

Some advanced tools require Level 2 or Level 3 membership. Opening a premium feature does not change your plan automatically; the page explains the required level.

STILL NOT SURE?

Start with the property, then the decision.

Use the top navigation by intent: Properties, Analyze, Monitor, Decide, or Help. Each Knowledge Base topic explains what the feature does, when to use it, how to use it, and where its limits are.
