When to use it

Use it after you have entered the planning values you want to preserve, or whenever you want a new baseline before comparing later changes.

How to use it

  1. Open Owner Tools and choose the lot in the Property Intelligence Report section.
  2. Review or update the relevant calculators, Title Readiness answers, Hold / Build / Sell inputs and preparedness checklists.
  3. Select Save / Update Property Intelligence Report. The save indicator appears only while the report is actually being stored.
  4. Open the saved report to review property identity, current Parcel Impact, planning results and the changes detected since the previous saved revision.
  5. Use Print / Save PDF if you want a personal offline copy. Update the report again whenever property facts, your assumptions or surrounding evidence changes.

What the result means

The report creates one living report per saved lot. Each update advances the revision and preserves the immediately previous snapshot so key changes can be shown.

Important limitation

The report is a planning snapshot, not an appraisal, title opinion, legal opinion, survey, tax-basis calculation, engineering/buildability determination, environmental report or guarantee that conditions have not changed since it was saved.

STILL NOT SURE?

Start with the property, then the decision.

Use the top navigation by intent: Properties, Analyze, Monitor, Decide, or Help. Each Knowledge Base topic explains what the feature does, when to use it, how to use it, and where its limits are.
