When to use it
Use it when a Level 2 or Level 3 verified owner wants additional awareness of public listing activity involving a monitored property.
How to use it
- Verify the property relationship and maintain an eligible Level 2 or Level 3 membership.
- Keep the parcel ID and property address accurate so public listing evidence can be matched conservatively.
- ListingGuard performs budget-controlled public-web checks and stores evidence only when the match is strong enough for review.
- Treat an alert as a reason to review the evidence, not automatic proof that a valid MLS listing, contract, seller authorization, or fraud event exists.
- Use Sentry/security support when public activity appears inconsistent with the verified owner relationship.
What the result means
ListingGuard is an additional public-web monitoring layer for verified properties and complements Property Watch.
Important limitation
It does not log into or scrape a private MLS database, does not guarantee exhaustive listing coverage, and cannot determine legal authority merely from a public listing page.
Start with the property, then the decision.
Use the top navigation by intent: Properties, Analyze, Monitor, Decide, or Help. Each Knowledge Base topic explains what the feature does, when to use it, how to use it, and where its limits are.
