When to use it

Use this when you want a concise answer to: “What has materially changed since I last checked this property?”

How to use it

  1. Open Monitor → Property Watch Center or use What Changed? on a property card in My Account.
  2. Select the verified property. Each property keeps its own private baseline and check history.
  3. If no baseline exists, choose Create Starting Snapshot. Future checks compare against that starting point.
  4. Choose Check for Changes Now. The approved processing display remains visible while the included sources refresh.
  5. Review the What Changed? section. Changes are grouped by Official Property Record, Surrounding Market, Land + Buildability, REK Valuation Evidence, ListingGuard, Local Context, or Data Quality.
  6. A Needs Attention item should be verified before relying on the affected fact. Material Change means the movement crossed a decision-support threshold. Information means the change is useful context but is not automatically a problem.
  7. Use Open Property Intelligence for the complete current record, Scenario Lab when a change affects Hold / Build / Sell assumptions, or My Property Reports when you want a saved intelligence snapshot.

What the result means

The result is a plain-language comparison of the newest snapshot versus the previous one, plus the source coverage, current reference values, action guidance, and recent check history.

Important limitation

PBLots filters small normal market movement and does not claim that every detected difference is caused by a particular event. ListingGuard evidence is not proof of seller authority or fraud; LandIntel screening is not a permit, survey, environmental determination, or engineering conclusion; REK valuation evidence is decision support rather than an appraisal.

STILL NOT SURE?

Start with the property, then the decision.
