Client Command Center + My Account
Step-by-step instructions for Palm Bay Lot Intelligence features, what the results mean, and where the screening tools stop. Each topic includes a direct link to the related customer tool or section.
Client Command Center + My Account
My Account now opens the Client Command Center: the personalized PBLots home for properties, research, monitoring, reports, membership and account settings.
Open My Account →Show instructions
When to use it
Use it as your normal signed-in starting point instead of hunting through separate pages for work you already started.
How to use it
- Open My Account from the top navigation; Command Center is the first account-menu destination.
- Use the overview cards to see verified-property capacity, saved reports, Property Watch connections, and recent property research.
- Review Needs Attention for pending verification, scheduled membership changes, or confirmed ListingGuard activity.
- Use My Properties to reopen the full Property Intelligence Profile, Owner Tools, or the saved report for a verified property.
- Use Recent Research to reopen the Palm Bay property profiles you viewed most recently. Researching a property still does not claim ownership or add it to My Properties.
- Use Analyze · Monitor · Decide to jump directly into Property Intelligence, Property Comparison, MarketScope, My Properties, reports, Owner Tools, or Membership.
- Account profile and membership/security controls remain on the same page below the working dashboard.
What the result means
The Command Center gives every signed-in customer one obvious place to resume property work and see the services connected to their account.
Important limitation
Recent Research is private account convenience history, not an ownership assertion. Monitoring/activity cards only report evidence already recorded by PBLots; they do not create a legal, title, valuation, engineering or regulatory conclusion.
Start with the property, then the decision.
Use the top navigation by intent: Properties, Analyze, Monitor, Decide, or Help. Each Knowledge Base topic explains what the feature does, when to use it, how to use it, and where its limits are.
